Landcare – Korumburra

Founded in 1994, the group was formed to cover the upper Powlett catchment which starts in main street Korumburra. The group aims to complete 3 to 4 private and 1 community project per year working with the objectives listed below. A unique aspect of the group is the protection and recreation of giant earth worm habitat.

The Korumburra Landcare Group will continue to promote a sustainable and productive environment through education, awareness and community involvement in Landcare activities for a long-term future.
