We are a farm-house sheep dairy and cheese producers based in Moyarra in South Gippsland (between Bena & Inverloch). We practice the “paddock to plate” philosophy to ensure sustainable and delicious sheep-milk cheeses. We invite you to join us on the farm for the final step – presenting the final products to you.
The cellar door is set amongst the rolling green pastures and offers cheese tasting plates, platters and light lunches, all served with local beverages.
You can also see our maturing cheese wheels & equipment through views into the cheese making areas.
The Prom Country label showcases the regional origin of our sheep milk, while some cow’s milk from a neighbour’s dairy also features in our range of traditional cheeses.
