The organisers of the event have recently posted the following on their event Facebook page
“Unfortunately we have had to make the difficult decision to postpone the 2024 Southern Lights Festival until 2025.
The major factor behind this decision was the very poor ticket sales.
Given that other large events are cancelling also citing poor ticket sales, we are not in a position to move forward not knowing if we would successfully sell enough tickets to reach our break even point.“
