How can we (better) welcome newcomers to Korumburra?

Korumburra is known as a friendly town. It could be one of the key reasons that newcomers make Korumburra & surrounds their home.

One of the ideas captured from the first Korumburra Staying Strong Community Forum was “Be welcoming to new residents to embrace them into our community”.

What are some of the things that we already do to achieve this? Could they be expanded upon or tweaked?

What are some new ways that we could achieve this?

What would be required to get some of these actions implemented?

And most importantly: are there community members and community groups who would like to be involved in leading/championing these ideas into action?
